- We do not have a lot of overflow parking
- Your card will be charged automatically for all monies owed on the day they are due
Office Hours
Daily: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Check In & Out Time
Check In Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
After Dark Arrivals: Additional $25.00
Late Check-Out Time
A $10 fee will be assessed after 11:15am.
After 1pm, a full day site fee is due. Late check-out is subject to availability.
If staying an extra day, the office must know by 10am. (This is subject to availability)
Park Rates
Rates are based on 4 people (2 Adults/2 Kids), 6 people MAXIMUM at site.
Must be 21 years or older to rent any site.
Reservations include: Trash, Sewer, Water, Wi-Fi, and all park amenities. Electricity NOT included.
Electricity
Electricity is not included in reservation for Weekly, Monthly, or Ongoing reservations.
Electricity is a separate charge, $0.15/kwh.
A reading will be done prior to your arrival and the day of your departure.
Readings will be posted the day before recurring charges are due (Monthly/Ongoing Reservations)
Cancellation Policy
- No Notice = NO REFUND
- Proper Notice: Notice is defined as email or text message on your reservation portal or an email sent to
park@lagunamadrervpark.com.
Daily/Weekly Reservations
- Outside 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival date is a $25.00 fee
- Inside 48 hours’ notice you lose your one night’s stay at the daily rate.
- After the reservation starts/ Early Departure (Daily/Weekly only) – Once the reservation starts at 11:00 AM CST or you have already check in, no refund will be issued.
Monthly Reservations
- Outside 30 days’ notice prior to arrival date is $100.00 fee
- Inside 30 days’ notice of your reservation is a $150.00 fee
- Inside 48 hours notice of your reservation is a $250.00 fee
- After reservation starts/ Early Departures (Monthly/Ongoing Only) – $200.00 fee and changed to daily rate, the difference is refunded if applies, refund will be released after electricity is paid.
Arrivals & Departures (All Spots)
- Arrivals: If you are due to arrive but are withheld or not arriving on your start date and no notice is given
within 12 hours after 5pm of your check in date (when your reservation starts), your reservation will be
cancelled with NO REFUND. - Departures: If you depart from your site for more than 48 hours without notice, your reservation will be
cancelled with NO REFUND - Proper Notice: Notice is defined as email or text message on your reservation portal or an email sent to
park@lagunamadrervpark.com.

Quiet Hours
Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Pool Hours
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Swim at your own risk! To ensure your safety and the safety of all other guest,
our pool is for registered guest ONLY! Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult inside pool area.
Hours: 8:00 AM – Sun down
Please talk to management about changes to pool temperature.
Refinery Workers
If you are on a short-term job in the area, i.e. refinery, pipeline, etc. and you book an “ongoing” reservation with us, do not expect a full refund when your job unexpectedly ends and you have to leave the park. Ongoing reservations means that spot is booked indefinitely until you notify us of your departure. Holding a spot into the future hinders our ability to make more reservations in that spot, and that being our business model, we cannot afford to be affected by your job’s volatility. We want your business and appreciate your business, but all cancelations requesting refunds for ongoing reservations with proper notice are subject to our park policies.
Visitor Policy
No unauthorized visitors allowed in the park.
All visitors will need to sign in at the office and must provide Identification. Laguna Madre RV Park has a
visitor policy to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. We reserve the right to ask you to leave without
a refund.
Generators
NOT ALLOWED unless approved by office.
Fireworks & Firearms
NOT ALLOWED
Alcohol & Drugs
Drunkenness or illegal drug use will NOT be tolerated. Violators will be evicted without refund and reported
to the authorities.
Open Fires
NOT ALLOWED. Use gas or charcoal grill only.
Picnic Tables
Picnic tables are not to be moved to any other site without approval of the manager. Any damage to the picnic
tables will result in a fee and charged to the credit card on file. If picnic tables are take from the park a $350
fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Pet Policy
Laguna Madre RV Park has established pet guidelines to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests,
including those who bring their four-legged friends while camping. We reserve the right to ask you to leave
without a refund.
- All pets must be registered at the office, max 2 pets per site.
- Pets must be on a leash and under your control at all times.
- Pets may never be left unattended outside or create a noise disturbance.
- Aggressive Pets: While we do have breed restrictions, if your pet exhibits aggressive behavior
towards ANY animal or human, you will be asked to leave the park without a refund. We have a
ZERO tolerance policy for Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids, Dobermans, Chows, etc.
Management reserves the right to determine “aggressive behavior” on a case-by-case basis.
Aggressive Pets: While we do have breed restrictions, if your pet exhibits aggressive behavior towards ANY animal or human, you will be asked to leave the park without a refund. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids, Dobermans, Chows, etc. Management reserves the right to determine “aggressive behavior” on a case-by-case basis.
Speed Limit
5 mph. Please drive slowly and carefully.
Parking & Vehicles
- Limit of one RV and a maximum one or two car/truck vehicles per site, depending on site
- All vehicles must be street legal. No motorcycles, go karts, ATVs, UTVs, etc. or anything similar are
allowed to be driven in park. - Speed limit throughout the park is 5 mph.
- All RVs must be escorted to their site during business hours for your safety. No self parking is
allowed except after hours. - No parking on grass or landscaped area at any time.
- No parking on vacant lots at any time.
- Any RV or equipment over 15 years and in poor condition are subject to Park approval.
Laundry Facility
Laundry facilities will normally be accessible during business hours. Washers, dryers, and all other laundry facilities are to be cleaned by RVer, inside and out, immediately after use. Clothes are to be removed from dryers as soon as they are dry. Dyeing may not be done in the washers. The laundry is to be left in a clean, neat and orderly condition. Pet laundry may not be done in the washers.
Bathhouse Etiquette
Please help us provide a clean and safe place for guests to shower by cleaning up after yourself. Take all personal items when you leave; items left behind will be discarded. Please do not use bathhouse receptacles for household trash. Report any issues needing immediate attention to our park manager.
Liability
The use of Laguna Madre RV Park facilities is at the user’s own risk. You are responsible for your visitors at all times. Laguna Madre RV Park assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of RV tenants/campers/visitors. Laguna Madres RV Park is not responsible for loss of damage to RV tenants’ or camping guests’ property due to theft, vandalism, fire, any casualty, or act of God. Registered guests and all other users of this property expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance.

Laguna Madre RV Park provides its services, including’ but not limited to its sites, utilities, and amenities on an “as is” basis and makes no representation or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By staying at or using Laguna Madre RV Park facilities, you agree to these terms and that under no circumstances will Laguna Madre RV Park be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from your use of any part of the park. This includes but is not limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by negligence’s or things beyond our control.
Reservation of Rights
Laguna Madre RV Park is private property. Laguna Madre RV Park reserves the right to amend these rules without prior notice to the residents or guests. Laguna Madre RV Park, at it’s discretion, reserves the right to refuse entry on the park to any person and to evict current guests without a refund. Laguna Madre RV Park also reserves the right to refuse to accommodate current and returning guest that have violated our rules and or have vacated the park.
